Rice Cookers and/or Warmers - Mail in Warranty Request
Fill out the form below for a mail in warranty request. There is no field service and no loaner program available for rice cookers and/or warmers. The unit must be shipped prepaid back to us for repair. The original packaging must be used if available. Town is not liable for shipping damage due to insufficient packaging. We will evaluate the unit when it is received. If the malfunction is covered under warranty, it will be repaired and shipped back at no charge.
Heavy Equipment - Field Service Request
Fill out the form below for heavy equipment field service. Service is covered during normal business hours- Monday to Friday 8AM to 6PM. If the problem is covered under warranty and parts are needed, we will ship the part(s) via ground service to the end user at no charge. In instances of claims which we do not believe are covered, the end user or dealer must call in their own service company. If the service report indicates that it is covered under warranty, we require defective parts to be shipped back to Town. If Town identifies it as a defect, the service invoice will be reimbursed at the standard labor rate (no weekend and OT work). This is at Town's sole discretion.
